Fire-Buckets VSU-5 and VSU-15

New: VSU-15 flight test (Rostov-Don, Russia) and demonstration (IDEF-97, Ankara, Turkey)

Bucket VSU-5

5-ton fire-tank

This 5-ton fire-container looks like
the inverted parachute and is used
as a water-tank transported by
helicopter to fight a fire.

fire-tank in action

The filling in any nearest river or lake
takes only several seconds and 1 ton of
water per second scattered over fire
is really effective!

tank reefing

Reefing helps to diminish the tank volume
down to 2.5 ton and use small helicopter
to fight a fire.

The program MONSTR-2.2 helps to
optimize bucket, choose the most suitable
and cheap fabrics and ribbons.
